CHIAVETTA’S CHICKEN DINNER TO BENEFIT THE CLASS OF 2022
The Clarence High School PTO/Post Prom Committee will be hosting a Chiavetta’s Chicken Dinner from 4:00-6:30pm on Tuesday, May 17th- The day of the School Budget Vote, Elementary Track Meet and District Art Show. Pick up will be at the CHS Concession stand located behind the High School near the Football Stadium.
Dinners are $13.00 each and will include chicken, potato salad, coleslaw and a roll.

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for supporting Post Prom
Chiavetta’s Contactless/Drive Through Pick Up, Tuesday, May 17th from 4:00-6:30pm at the High School Concession Stand near the Football field. Please enter on Gunnville Rd and proceed straight through to the Concession Stand. You will pick up your dinners and use the access road to exit onto Main St. Volunteers will be directing traffic, please follow all directions to ensure the safety of our volunteers.
Please stay in your vehicle, do not pull into a parking space or exit your vehicle. It may be busy at times, please be patient. We hope to keep the line moving as quickly as possible. You will need to know the name used to complete the order and the number of meals purchased. We will cross reference with our list. You may want to set a mobile reminder so you don’t forget to pick up your dinner.
****Any dinners remaining at 6:30pm will be donated. Please set a mobile alert today so you remember to pick up your dinner on time! This is a Post Prom Class of 2022 Fundraiser, all sales final after the order is placed. Dinners are ordered and paid for in advance, if you forget to pick up your dinners, we cannot issue a refund.
